The product images and related data may be available from your wholesaler or else you can upload them yourself. You need minimum competency to manage this process. Or we can help you by assigning a graphic artist. TOC

Category Menu

As you enter your products a three tier menu is automatically built.

Additional pages are created automatically for Specials, Most Frequently Purchased items (What's Hot) and What's New. It is so easy!

Selected products can be gathered into specific pages - Gifts for Grandad, Holiday Items, Romantic. TOC

Can I buy this for you?

Site visitors can send an product image to a friend and ask if its ok. The order can then be confirmed via the web - and another person sees your excellent product range.

Or once a product is found on your site the visitor can send it to the approver or buyer. Can I buy this for you? Can I buy this for you, darling? Is this the one we want? Guys, why don't we all buy this one? Here is a quote - does the committee approve?

Care for your Repeat Visitors

A visitor can store their shopping cart and on their return it can be selected as a WishList.

A special page of Previous Purchases enables satisfied customers to readily repeat their purchases.

Quotations - Purchasers can select the products they want but may need to get approval from spouse or more senior officer. They can save their choices, email the other party who can approve the selections and either pay for them or pass back to the original purchaser to complete the transaction. TOC

Gift Certificate

Gift Certificate value can be built from purchases and topped up if required. It can be automatically calculated as, say, 5% but at least $5 and then topped up. A Gift Certificate can then be emailed to another person who can come to the site and purchase with the certificate value being deducted from their payment. It is very easy and very powerful!

This is treated as Viral Marketing - you get a new customer - your customer gets any benefit from the Loyalty Scheme. TOC

Loyalty Credits

A customer can gain a Loyalty Credit - you set the number - say 5% - every time they purchase (above a minimum).

Then its Use IT or Lose IT! - If your customer buys again within 3 months they get the credit and more loyalty points - and you move them from Customer to Client.

And if they buy frequently ask them for a Testimonial - use our special facility - the 3rd column - to post those testimonials - and move your Client to an Advocate. TOC

New Customer Hook

On the home page you can offer a Prize Draw. Prospects register themsleves to go into the draw for say $20. Within the week the draw is made and all in the draw advised - and told about new specials. The winner gets a Gift Certificate and must uplift it within a week. And you have another customer and many more registrants.

Meeting Customer's Needs

A customer when looking at any specific product can see FAQs, or tick the boxes asking for more information (brochures), for formal quotes, or may ask a question.

They can refer any product to another prospective purchaser and if a purchase results a credit is given to their Gift Certificate total. TOC

Freight

Freight is calculated according to a table we set-up for you. TOC

Stock

You can load a stock figure and when that number has been sold over the web the product may automatically be suppressed from the catalogue. TOC

Importing Content from existing Applications

If you already have suitable information in a stock system we can provide code to cross-load that automatically. TOC

Up-sell and Cross-sell

The system can track user purchases and you may then automatically make them email offers - such as - "Users who bought x and y also bought z." or you may track them by which pages of the site they have been reading. If you have distributors who buy off you at a wholesale price you can tag them and it will happen.
